Except where changed by the provisions of this article, all provisions of law applicable to civil actions generally apply to actions subject to this article.
Notes
Requires general civil-action law to apply to actions governed by the article except where the article changes those rules. The provision therefore preserves the ordinary civil-action framework unless a provision of the article supplies a different rule, and states no independent deadline, monetary threshold, procedural requirement, or additional exception.
