Nothing in this title precludes the granting of relief pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 525) of Title 7.
Notes
Allows relief under the referenced injunction chapter notwithstanding anything in this title. The provision makes clear that this title does not preclude a court from granting relief available under that separate chapter and states no additional eligibility requirement, deadline, limitation, exception, or procedure for obtaining that relief here.
