Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Judicial Council may provide by rule for the practice and procedure in proceedings under this chapter except for the state’s administrative hearings provided by Article 4 (commencing with Section 706.070).
Notes
Allows the Judicial Council, notwithstanding other law, to adopt rules governing practice and procedure in proceedings under the chapter. This rulemaking authority does not extend to the state’s administrative hearings provided by the specified article governing tax withholding orders and administrative hearings.
