The notice shall be signed by the claimant or by his agent and shall be verified by the oath of the party signing it, to the effect that all of the statements therein contained are true to his knowledge.
Notes
Requires the claimant or the claimant’s agent to sign the notice and verify it by oath. The verification must state that all statements contained in the filed notice are true to the knowledge of the person who signed it and to that person’s own knowledge.
