The proceeding shall be brought in the superior court of the county in which the property or any part thereof is situated.

Requires the proceeding to be brought in the superior court of the county where the property, or any part of the property, is situated. The location of any portion of the property within a county is sufficient for the proceeding to be brought in that county’s superior court.
