Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the court shall order sale by such methods and upon such terms as are expressly agreed to in writing by all the parties to the action.

Requires the court, despite any other provision of the title, to order a sale using the methods and terms expressly agreed to in writing by all parties to the action. The written agreement of every party controls the court’s sale method and terms under this provision.
