The times provided in this chapter, or in any other statute relating to a bond given in an action or proceeding, may be extended pursuant to Sections 1054 and 1054.1.
Notes
Allows time periods provided in the bond chapter, or in another statute concerning a bond given in an action or proceeding, to be extended under the two referenced extension provisions. The section authorizes extensions only through those statutory mechanisms and states no independent extension standard.
