A common carrier has a lien upon the luggage of a passenger for the payment of such fare as he is entitled to from him. This lien is regulated by the Title on Liens.
Notes
Establishes a common carrier’s lien on a passenger’s luggage for payment of the fare the carrier is entitled to receive from that passenger. The lien secures only that fare obligation described by the provision and is regulated by the statutory title governing liens.
