Notes

Allows a restriction on transfer of a tenant’s interest in a lease to prohibit transfer absolutely. The provision permits the lease restriction itself to bar transfer of the tenant’s lease interest without requiring an approval standard, condition, or other qualification before the prohibition may apply.
