Where an obligation fixes a time for its performance, an offer of performance must be made at that time, within reasonable hours, and not before nor afterwards.

Requires an offer of performance to be made at the time fixed by the obligation, during reasonable hours, and neither before nor after that time. When the obligation specifies when performance is due, a tender outside that period does not satisfy this timing requirement.
