Any waiver of a provision of this title is contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable.
Notes
Prohibits enforcement of any waiver of a provision of the title by declaring the waiver contrary to public policy, void, and unenforceable. Bars a waiver from having legal effect under the title because the provision expressly invalidates every attempt to waive a provision governed by the title.
