Nothing in this title shall be construed to supersede or interfere with the operation of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Title 1.81.5 (commencing with Section 1798.100)).
Notes
Prohibits construing the title to supersede or interfere with operation of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. The title therefore does not replace, displace, or obstruct that separate privacy law, and the provision preserves operation of the referenced act alongside the title’s own requirements.
