No political item which is labeled “copy” or “reproduction” at the time of sale, advertising for sale, or offering for sale shall violate Section 1739.
Notes
Exempts a political item from the prohibition on falsely presented original political items when, at the time it is sold, advertised for sale, or offered for sale, it is labeled “copy” or “reproduction.” The qualifying label prevents the described transaction or offer from violating the referenced prohibition.
