California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 1.4B — Supermarket Club Cards, Section 1749.60
This title shall be known and may be cited as the “Supermarket Club Card Disclosure Act of 1999.”

Establishes “Supermarket Club Card Disclosure Act of 1999” as the title’s statutory name and allows the title to be cited by that designation.
