Until the seller delivers to the buyer the memorandum as provided in Sections 1808.2 and 1808.3, the buyer shall be obligated to pay only the cash price of the subsequent purchase.

Limits the buyer’s obligation on a subsequent purchase to that purchase’s cash price until the seller delivers the memorandum required by the referenced provisions. Establishes that, during the period before delivery, the seller cannot require payment of any amount for the subsequent purchase beyond its cash price.
