California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 2.5 — Contracts for Health Studio Services, Section 1812.91

Any contract for health studio services which does not comply with the applicable provisions of this title shall be void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.
