Prohibits construing the chapter to exclude, modify, or otherwise limit any other remedy that law provides to a consumer or lessee. The chapter’s remedies therefore do not displace independent legal remedies available elsewhere, and a consumer or lessee may retain those other remedies notwithstanding the chapter.
