All new mobilehomes and manufactured homes sold to a buyer shall be covered by the warranty set forth in this chapter.
Notes
Requires every new mobilehome and manufactured home sold to a buyer to be covered by the warranty established in the chapter. The warranty requirement applies to all such new homes when sold to a buyer and makes chapter warranty coverage mandatory for the qualifying mobilehome or manufactured-home sale.
