The qualifications of the appraisers may be specified by the terms of the shared appreciation loan for purposes of this article and Article 5 (commencing with Section 1917.050).

Notes

Allows the terms of a shared-appreciation loan to specify the qualifications required of appraisers for purposes of the article and the referenced related article. The provision leaves those appraisal-qualification standards to the loan terms rather than prescribing separate qualifications in the statutory text itself.
