A customer facility charge or alternative customer facility charge may be collected by a rental company pursuant to Section 50474.3 of the Government Code.
Notes
Allows a rental company to collect a customer facility charge or an alternative customer facility charge when the collection is made pursuant to the referenced Government Code provision. The authorization covers those two types of facility charges and makes their collection subject to that referenced statutory provision.
