A retail installment contract shall be dated and in writing; the printed portion thereof shall be in at least eight-point type.

Requires a retail installment contract to be dated, in writing, and printed in type of at least eight-point size. The provision imposes all three form requirements on the contract itself: a date, written form, and a minimum type size for its printed portions.
