No contract for discount buying services shall require payments or financing by the buyer over a period in excess of two years from the date the contract was entered into.
Notes
Prohibits a discount-buying-services contract from requiring the buyer to make payments or obtain financing for more than two years from the date the contract is entered into. Limits the permissible payment or financing period under such a contract to two years measured from the contract date.
