Nothing in this chapter authorizes a restriction on use that is otherwise prohibited by law.
Notes
Prohibits the chapter from authorizing a lease-use restriction that another law already prohibits. Limits the chapter's effect so that its rules governing restrictions on use cannot supply legal authority for a restriction that is otherwise unlawful, preserving the prohibition imposed by the other applicable law.
