This part does not apply to a commercial or industrial common interest development, as defined in Section 6531.
Notes
Exempts a commercial or industrial common interest development, as defined in the referenced provision, from this part. A development that falls within that referenced commercial-or-industrial definition is outside the application of this part, and the exemption applies by virtue of that defined development status.
