The provisions of this article shall not affect any rights or proceedings set forth in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1159) of Title 3 of Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure except as otherwise provided in those sections.
Notes
Establishes that the article does not alter rights or proceedings provided in the referenced unlawful-detainer chapter of the Code of Civil Procedure, except where those referenced sections otherwise provide. The incorporated procedural rights and proceedings therefore remain effective alongside this article subject to that stated exception.
