No agreement shall contain any provision by which the purchaser waives his or her rights under this article. Any waiver thereof shall be deemed contrary to public policy and void and unenforceable.

Prohibits an agreement from containing any provision by which a floating-home purchaser waives rights granted under the article. Any attempted waiver of those rights is declared contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable, so an agreement cannot make the purchaser’s waiver effective.
