Evictions pursuant to this article shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1159) of Title 3 of Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, except as otherwise provided in this article.
Notes
Requires evictions under the recreational vehicle park article to follow the specified unlawful-detainer requirements in the Code of Civil Procedure, except where the article itself provides otherwise. The incorporated eviction procedures govern only to the extent that no provision in this article supplies a different rule.
