Any prospective assignee that provides a lessor under a lease contract with any preprinted form for use as a lease contract shall, upon the request of a lessor, provide the lessor with a Spanish language translation of the preprinted form.

Requires a prospective assignee that gives a lessor a preprinted lease-contract form to provide the lessor, upon request, a Spanish-language translation of that preprinted form. The translation duty applies when the prospective assignee supplied the form for use as a lease contract and the lessor requests the Spanish version.
