California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 4 — General Provisions, Part 1 — Relief, Title 5 — Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Section 3426.9
If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this title are severable.
Notes
Establishes severability: if a title provision or its application to a person or circumstance is held invalid, that invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications that can operate without the invalid part. The remaining provisions and applications continue unaffected when they can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
