California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 4 — General Provisions, Part 6 — Works of Improvement, Title 3 — Public Work of Improvement, Chapter 3 — Preliminary Notice, Section 9303
The preliminary notice shall comply with the requirements of Section 8102, and shall also include:
(a) A general description of the work to be provided.
(b) An estimate of the total price of the work provided and to be provided.
Notes
Requires a preliminary notice to comply with the referenced provision and additionally include a general description of the work to be provided and an estimate of the total price of the work already provided and to be provided. Those additional items are mandatory content for the notice.
