It is unlawful wilfully or knowingly, with intent to defraud, to sell or exchange, or offer or expose for sale or exchange, coal of a specific name or kind under any other name or description, or as the output of any mine other than the mine of which it is the product.

Notes

Prohibits willfully or knowingly, with intent to defraud, selling, exchanging, offering, or exposing coal of a specific name or kind under another name or description. Also prohibits representing that coal as output from a mine other than the mine from which it actually originated.
