Failure to make the disclosure required by Article 4 (commencing with Section 22380) shall render any contract subsequently entered into between the customer and the invention developer voidable by the customer.

Notes

Allows a customer to void any contract subsequently entered into with an invention developer when the invention developer fails to make the disclosure required by the referenced article. The consequence attaches to a later contract between that customer and invention developer when the required disclosure was not made.
