Each appointing authority shall have the power to remove from office at any time any member of the board appointed by that authority pursuant to Section 106.
Notes
Allows each appointing authority to remove from office, at any time, any board member whom that authority appointed under the referenced provision. The removal power belongs to the authority that made the appointment and may be exercised at any time against a board member appointed by that authority.
