The board may make refunds of all fees in accordance with Section 158 of this code.
Notes
Allows the board to refund fees in accordance with the referenced provision. The authority applies to all fees for which the board makes refunds under that provision and makes the referenced refund rule the governing condition for any fee refund made by the board under this statute.
