The charge for filing any record of survey, and for indexing the same, shall be the same as provided for subdivided land under Section 27372 of the Government Code.

Notes

Sets the charge for filing and indexing a record of survey at the same amount provided for subdivided land under the referenced Government Code provision. The rule therefore applies the existing subdivided-land filing and indexing charge to records of survey rather than establishing a separate amount in this provision.
