No person shall use the title or any abbreviation of the title photogrammetrist or photogrammetric surveyor unless he or she holds registration as a civil engineer or licensed land surveyor, or unless he or she is licensed as a photogrammetric surveyor.

Notes

Prohibits a person from using the title “photogrammetrist” or “photogrammetric surveyor,” or an abbreviation of either title, unless the person is registered as a civil engineer, is a licensed land surveyor, or is licensed as a photogrammetric surveyor. Any of those three credentials satisfies the stated title-use condition.
