Employees of a licensee who are engaged exclusively in stenographic, typing, filing, clerical, in-office skip tracing, or other office activities are not required to register under this article.
Notes
Exempts a licensee’s employees from registration under the article when they work exclusively in stenographic, typing, filing, clerical, in-office skip tracing, or other office activities. The exemption is limited to employees engaged exclusively in those office functions, rather than employees who also perform duties outside the specified office-activity category.
