When any license has been revoked or suspended following a hearing under the provisions of this article, any additional license issued under Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5) in the name of the licensee may be likewise revoked or suspended by the director.

Notes

Allows the director, when a license has been revoked or suspended after a hearing under the article, to likewise revoke or suspend any additional license issued to the same licensee under the referenced vehicle-safety-system article. The authority applies to additional licenses standing in the name of the disciplined licensee.
