It is the duty of the respective officers charged with the enforcement of laws to prosecute all persons charged with the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.

Requires the respective officers charged with enforcing laws to prosecute all persons charged with violating any provision of the chapter. Applies that prosecution duty to the responsible enforcement officers whenever a person has been charged with a chapter violation, covering every person so charged under any provision of the chapter.
