Failure to comply in the sale or use of pesticides with the provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 12751) of Division 7 of the Food and Agricultural Code is a ground for disciplinary action.

Notes

Establishes failure to comply with the referenced Food and Agricultural Code requirements when selling or using pesticides as grounds for disciplinary action. Applies the disciplinary consequence to pesticide sales or use that violate those referenced requirements, making noncompliance in either covered activity a stated basis for discipline.
