The violation of any provision of this article is a misdemeanor and shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation by the board of the operator’s license of the owner or qualifying manager or managers of the registered company and of the company registration.

Establishes violation of any provision of the insurance article as a misdemeanor and as grounds for suspension or revocation of the owner’s or qualifying manager’s operator license and the registered company’s registration. The provision therefore creates both criminal and licensing consequences for noncompliance with any requirement in the article.
