This chapter may be cited as the Professional Land Surveyors’ Act. Whenever reference is made to the Land Surveyors’ Act by any statute, it shall be construed as referring to the Professional Land Surveyors’ Act.

Notes

Allows the chapter to be cited as the Professional Land Surveyors’ Act and requires every statutory reference to the former Land Surveyors’ Act to be construed as referring to the Professional Land Surveyors’ Act. Establishes the new title as both the chapter’s citation name and the meaning of older statutory references.
