Notes

Limits surveys authorized under the chapter by excluding the design, in whole or in part, of any structure or fixed works that fall within the practice of civil engineering. The surveying authorization therefore does not extend to engineering design of those structures or fixed works, whether the proposed design work is complete or partial.
