Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of Section 205, the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act Fund is a special fund within the Professions and Vocations Fund, and is subject to subdivision (b) of Section 205.

Notes

Establishes the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act Fund as a special fund within the Professions and Vocations Fund despite the general list of component funds. Makes that fund subject to the provision treating component special funds as separate accounts available for expenditure only as authorized by law.
