It is unlawful for a money exchange house to advertise “no commission” when, in fact, a commission or fee is charged.

Notes

Prohibits a money exchange house from advertising “no commission” when the exchange house actually charges a commission or fee. The advertising prohibition applies whenever a monetary charge in the form of a commission or fee is imposed despite the representation that the transaction carries no commission.
