Exempts from the chapter any product, service, internet website, or application that provides exclusively non-user-generated video game, television, streaming, movie, or interactive experiences. The exemption depends on the content being exclusively non-user-generated and applies across each listed type of product, service, site, application, or interactive-media experience.
