It is unlawful for any two or more persons, or corporations, to combine or agree together to do any act which will, in any respect, prevent any person from buying livestock at any place in this State.

Notes

Prohibits any two or more persons or corporations from combining or agreeing to take any action that prevents another person from buying livestock anywhere in California. The prohibition applies to agreements or combinations that interfere in any respect with a person’s ability to purchase livestock within the state.
