“Service station,” as used in this chapter, means any establishment which offers for sale or sells gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel to the public.

Notes

Defines “service station” for this chapter as an establishment that offers gasoline or another motor vehicle fuel for sale to the public or actually sells that fuel to the public. Public offering or sale of motor vehicle fuel is therefore the defining condition for an establishment to qualify as a service station.
