The provisions of this article shall apply only to those loans otherwise subject to this article which are made or negotiated by real estate brokers acting within the meaning of subdivision (d) of Section 10131 or subdivision (b) of Section 10240.
Notes
Limits this article to otherwise covered loans made or negotiated by real estate brokers acting within either of the two specifically referenced statutory capacities. The article therefore applies through this provision only when both conditions are present: the loan is otherwise subject to the article and the broker acts within one of those identified capacities.
