All of the expenditures of the commissioner, including his salary, shall be paid only from the Real Estate Fund except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

Requires all expenditures of the commissioner, including the commissioner’s salary, to be paid only from the Real Estate Fund, except where this chapter provides otherwise. The Real Estate Fund is therefore the required payment source for the commissioner’s covered expenditures, subject to any different payment rule expressly supplied elsewhere in the chapter.
